Yes, you can pay with any bank card in the MAES app, as long as you have your bank’s app or Payconiq on your mobile.
When you use a payment card to unlock the pump via the terminal of a petrol station, an amount is reserved on your account because the amount to be paid is not yet known. This amount can be compared to a deposit (also called pre-authorisation). This is so at every petrol station in Europe and in line with European legislation.
The amount can be a maximum of €375. As soon as you finish refuelling, the reserved amount will be released and your account will be debited with the exact amount of your refuelling. This normally takes a few minutes. If it takes longer, you can always contact your bank so they can release the amount. We do not reserve this amount and cannot release it.

No, at the moment you can only refuel mobile via the app with a MAES fuel card. You can use the app as a locator, but mobile refueling is not yet. An update is planned after the summer with which you can also add a bank card or credit card and from then on the app and especially mobile refueling will be available to everyone.
After a refueling I see that 125 € has been withdrawn from my account. How come? Your card issuer makes a “reservation” when unhooking the gun. This amount is only a temporary reservation and will never be deducted from your account. This amount will disappear after a few days. You can repeat this question with another question. Eg more has been deducted from my card than I have refueled? This is probably a reservation amount.

Supremium Diesel from MAES has an extra additive package, developed in collaboration with Wynn’s. These additives provide even more cleaning power. The cleaner the engine, the cleaner the combustion, the result: more power and less emission.
With the MAES fuel card you can refuel in 1700 locations in the Benelux. The MAES Mobility card on the other hand gives you the possibility to refuel in the rest of Europe.
Your fuel card is standard open for all our products, but you can block certain products via “my MAES”. This way you can never fill up incorrectly or your employees cannot fill up with wrong products. You can also indicate this during the fuel card application.
Your voucher remains valid for 60 days at the issuing station. To use it, tap on the screen and select refueling, enter your fuel and pump number and then credit note, enter your code and you can refuel.

You can obtain AdBlue® from a number of stations. Via our stationfinder you can easily select by product, including AdBlue® for passenger cars or trucks
Very occasionally, things can go wrong when paying or filling up. If this happens, please let us know via the complaints form. There you can leave all the information so we can look into it and refund the amount.
If you think there is a case of skimming or fraud taking place at our stations, please notify us as soon as possible, so we can check this immediately. You can call 03 889 89 89, email us or leave a message on the site.
Please contact us as soon as possible. This way we can quickly send a technician to solve this problem. Otherwise, it can also cause problems for the following customers. While on the phone you can immediately leave your details with which we can then refund the lost amount.
Usually your card will come out after a few minutes. If not, it is best to call card stop. Your card will be blocked for your safety and you will receive a new one. Our machine will disable your card for your safety.
