MAES free fuel card for companies: packed with benefits!

Our fuel card is free, so you have no fixed costs, administration costs or purchase obligation. You just pay what you refueled each month.

There is no purchase obligation for our fuel card, so if you do not refuel for a month, you will not receive an invoice for that month.

If you want a replacement card or you want to stop to refuel via MAES, you don’t have to return it. You can just block it via “my MAES” and then you can no longer refuel with the card.

With MAES you are assured of a growing fuel card network of already 1700 petrol stations in the Benelux. We ourselves have about 300 stations under our own management and this under the colors MAES, OCTA +, DESIMPEL, SHELL & ESSO. The latter 2 brands also have stations managed by colleagues. But you can always go here with your MAES card. You can also refuel at TEXACO, G&V, PMO, FIREZONE, DE HAAN,…. Rest assured, with the MAES Fuel card, there is always a fuel station close by.

If your fuel card is illegible, it is best to request a new card, the application is free and so you can continue quickly and easily.

• Is this a new MAES fuel card? Then be sure to check whether you have activated it. You can do this via MY MAES or via email.
• If this is an already used card, make sure that the last bill is payed. Sometimes a direct debit is cancelled for whatever reason and the card is automatically blocked by our system. Of course, we will also release it immediately upon payment.
• If all bills are in order, it may also be normal that the card is defective. Let us know by email and we will check this!

If you still have an outstanding balance, the cards are automatically blocked. You can always manually pay this to fix it or you can wait a while. We offer this direct debit automatically a 2nd time during the month. If a double payment should happen, we will of course refund this as soon as possible.

We work with a credit insurer. If it gives its approval, no deposit is required. If we receive negative advice, eg from a new company or when there were some payment problems in the past, we may ask for a guarantee. Usually this corresponds to what you expect to fill up in a month. If we receive a positive answer later or if you decide to stop working with us, you will of course get this guarantee back unless all amounts have been settled.

We always try to send the fuel cards within three working days, of course it depends on when the post will deliver them. But you should definitely have it within ten days!

You can always put the fuel card in your car or just leave it in your wallet, make sure that you do not put the pin code with the card, for example. It is all too easy for people with bad intentions to use your card.
