Only to be used at MAES
We have more than 100 own filling stations. Here you can pay with your MAES Prepaid fuel card. Do you still want a larger network? This is possible with our standard MAES fuel card. Thanks to our partner network you can also refuel at ESSO, G & V, Bruno-group, Uhoda and PMO. These are more than 1,000 filling stations in Belgium and the Netherlands. As a handy extra, you now also have our MAES app a handy app that allows you to always find the nearest MAES station where you can pay with your prepaid fuel card. You can immediately consult and navigate to the products and prices.
Mobile refuelling with the app
With the MAES app, you can now use mobile refuelling. With a few clicks in the app, you can unlock the pump and fill up immediately. So you no longer have to pass through the terminal.
Frequently asked questions
Where can I find my original PIN code?
The app uses the original PIN code, which you received in the accompanying letter when you received the card. If you have already changed this code and you no longer have the original one, you can of course always request it via the MAES fuel card service. Please note that you do this via an e-mail address known to us.
Which pin code should I use for the MAES app
During registration you can enter a pin code for using the app. This pin code can be your personal pin code and does not have to be that of the fuel card. You will have to enter this every time, if you do not work via fingerprint, when you want to refuel mobile.
You do need the original pin code of the fuel card to insert the fuel card for the first time. If you no longer have this, you can always request it via [email protected]. Please note that you do this via an e-mail address known to us (for example, where the invoices will appear).
Do I have to create a new account or can I use this from MY MAES?
You need to create a new account for the app. You can complete this in a few short steps and then you can link your fuel card to it. For invoicing we still look at the data on “My MAES”.

Easy navigation to your desired station
With the station finder in the app, you can effortlessly find all nearby petrol stations on a clear map, which you can easily navigate to from the app. Would you like to know the prices and facilities of your chosen filling station? Discover them quickly and easily in the app!
Release pump via the app
Activate the pump from inside the car. That means less waiting and more time saved for you at the petrol station. Safe, quick and super convenient!
Clear history of refuelling
Have you filled up via the app at one of our filling stations in the MAES network? Then you will find a complete list of your refuelling sessions via the ‘history’ button. However, this only applies when you have used your app. The app does not record the transactions you made with your fuel card at a payment terminal alone.
Convenient overview of the nearest stations
In your app, you can see at a glance all the nearest stations in your area. You will see those stations on a map, but you can also put them in a convenient list.
Registration via fuel & credit card
Once you have created your account, you can easily register your fuel card and credit card to pay for your refuelling. Don’t have a fuel or credit card or do you want to pay with your normal account? Then follow the steps via Payconiq or your banking app to confirm the payment!
Clear invoice
If you have registered your fuel card in the app, you will receive a bimonthly summary invoice.
