MAES is entering into a partnership with Techniche for efficient station maintenance. They developed the Urgent programme, which MAES will use for maintenance and asset management at its approximately 300 unmanned petrol stations and carwashes and in our shops.

Maintenance management and customer-friendliness

MAES will use Urgent to automate asset maintenance management at each petrol station, shops and car washes to increase asset reliability and availability. Urgent will help us improve our customers’ experience and ensure that all our services run smoothly.

“Managing and maintaining a large network of unmanned petrol stations presents a unique set of operational challenges, especially in terms of quickly addressing maintenance issues. Our commitment to customer satisfaction means we need to ensure that our filling station equipment is available to customers when they visit our location,” we chime in.

Daryn Edgar, CEO of Techniche, remarked: “We are proud to partner with MAES, a European pioneer in unmanned service stations, and support the company on its digital transformation journey. Effective, automated maintenance management processes are essential for MAES to build a brand known for customer service and well-maintained petrol stations.”
