Mobile refueling

With the handy MAES app, you will no longer have to pass through the terminal, refuelling can simply be done from the app.

1. Press the icon of the station you are at. And then press “Refuel here” to start mobile refuelling
2. If you get a notification that you are not in the vicinity of the filling station, then you may have pressed a wrong location. Via “No” you return to the previous screen and can select the right station. This also ensures that no one else can refuel via your app.
3. If you have also registered a vehicle, you can also select the correct vehicle.
4. After that, you still have to select your bank or credit card, or you pay easily and quickly via the Payconiq app or your banking app. When you next fill up, the app will suggest this card first.
5. Next, the app will ask for your PIN, Touch ID or Face ID to confirm.
6. The MAES app will then open your banking app on your mobile phone for final confirmation. Unfortunately, some banks still require you to do this via card reader.
7. You will then still have to select the pump and if there are several products at that pump, you will have to choose the right product.
8. Then you can fill up.
9. If you have pressed something wrong, you can always press abort during the process or cancel once the pump is free. This stops the action immediately. If you still have not removed the tube from the pump after 90 seconds, the action is also stopped.
