By choosing a fuel card that allows you to fill up cheaply, you obviously save a lot of money. At MAES, you never pay a penny too much, because our prices are among the lowest in the market. And that is not all, because you can apply for our fuel card for companies completely free of charge and there is no minimum purchase.

The criteria of what is the best fuel card for your organisation may also differ depending on the composition of your fleet – unless you choose the fuel card from MAES, because we offer the widest range of fuels, from AdBlue to CNG and LPG, and even have tailored services for transport companies thanks to our partnership with Eurowag.

The best fuel card = the least administration

Finally, of course, you don’t want to make things unnecessarily difficult for yourself. So in your search for the best fuel card, look for the administrative extras that the fuel card providers have in store for you, such as an online management platform where you can see how much your employees have already filled up, and where they in turn can consult their personal information. MAES already sets a good example with ‘My MAES’. Moreover, we group all purchases twice a month on a transparent invoice, which again means a lot of administrative convenience. Frequently asked questions

Is mobile refueling possible anywhere?

Mobile refueling is currently only possible on our own network of about 300 stations. Soon you will also be able to do this on our entire fuel card network.

Where can I find my original PIN code?

The app uses the original PIN code, which you received in the accompanying letter when you received the card. If you have already changed this code and you no longer have the original one, you can of course always request it via the MAES fuel card service. Please note that you do this via an e-mail address known to us.

Which pin code should I use for the MAES app

During registration you can enter a pin code for using the app. This pin code can be your personal pin code and does not have to be that of the fuel card. You will have to enter this every time, if you do not work via fingerprint, when you want to refuel mobile.

You do need the original pin code of the fuel card to insert the fuel card for the first time. If you no longer have this, you can always request it via [email protected]. Please note that you do this via an e-mail address known to us (for example, where the invoices will appear).

Do I have to create a new account or can I use this from MY MAES?

You need to create a new account for the app. You can complete this in a few short steps and then you can link your fuel card to it. For invoicing we still look at the data on “My MAES”.
