What are the monthly costs of the Europe Card?
There are two options:
- Refuelling only (MAES Europe Card): €2.50 per month
- Refuelling + electric charging (MAES Europe Card Charge+): €5,49 per month

How does the invoicing process work?
You will receive a transparent invoice twice a month for each country in which you have refuelled, including details for each refuelling or charging session for easy cost management.
Who is eligible for the Europe Card?
The card is available to businesses and self-employed persons. Private individuals are not eligible.
How do you apply for the Europe Card (Charge+)?
- Fill in the application form on our website.
- We will carry out a credit check and send you some documents. We ask you to return these to us, fully completed. Please check that you have provided all the necessary information, such as card type, code type and your number plate, written clearly.
- Now you can refuel and/or charge almost anywhere in Europe!
Can I choose a personal PIN code?
Certainly! You can enter it on the paperwork we sent you. Did you know that you can simply choose the same PIN code for future cards in your fleet?
Please note: you cannot change the PIN code of the MAES Europe Card afterwards!
How do I manage the card digitally?
You can do this in the DKV Cockpit environment. Register on the DKV website and download the DKV Mobility App.
Can I set limits?
Certainly! You can do this via the DKV Cockpit.
What is the difference between the MAES Hybrid Card and the MAES Europe Card Charge+?
- Hybrid Card = Benelux + 350,000 charging points + €1 per month + €0.50 per charge.
- Europe Card Charge+ = = over a million charging points in Europe + €5.49 per month.
How can I block a card if it is lost or stolen?
Via DKV Cockpit.
Can I use the Europe Card via the MAES app?
No, this is not possible at the moment. However, you can use the DKV Mobility app.
I already have a MAES fuel card. Can I simply convert it to a Europe Card?
No, switching is not possible. Simply apply for the MAES Europe Card with us and provide us with the correct documents. If desired, you can then block your regular fuel cards.
I only want to refuel in the Benelux countries. Does the MAES Europe Card offer me any advantages?
No, the MAES fuel card is completely free of charge, whereas the Europe Card is not. So if you only drive in the Benelux, it is not worth switching.
How quickly can I receive my Europe Card?
It depends on how quickly you send us all the completed documents. If you do this immediately, you can expect to receive the card within 2-3 weeks.
What is the MAES Europe Card?
The MAES Europe Card is a multi-brand fuel card with two options. With the MAES Europe Card, you can refuel at more than 69,000 petrol stations in Europe. With the MAES Europe Card Charge+, you can refuel at more than 69,000 petrol stations and charge your vehicle at almost 1 million charging points in Europe via the DKV partner network.
