Which stations have a shop?
The diesel fuel we offer, both delivered to your home and to our petrol stations, is always of the highest quality. We always guarantee that this product meets Belgian quality standards.
Diesel fuel from MAES: only advantages
During the month of November, we switch to winter-quality diesel fuel, so that from the beginning of December we can always offer you winter diesel with a CFPP point (stands for cold filter plugging point or in other words the temperature below which the fuel pump can no longer pull the diesel through the fuel filter) of minus 20°C. So with this diesel, you can get through the winter without any problems.
Tip: Storing diesel fuel at your home has become a very expensive business in terms of environmental legislation. Therefore, we have a very simple and flexible system for supplying your diesel fuel: the MAES fuel card.

Can I refuel using any bank card?
Yes, you can pay with any bank card in the MAES app, as long as you have your bank’s app or Payconiq on your mobile.
I got the message ‘You can fill up to €375’ while refuelling, what does this mean?
When you use a payment card to unlock the pump via the terminal of a petrol station, an amount is reserved on your account because the amount to be paid is not yet known. This amount can be compared to a deposit (also called pre-authorisation). This is so at every petrol station in Europe and in line with European legislation.
The amount can be a maximum of €375. As soon as you finish refuelling, the reserved amount will be released and your account will be debited with the exact amount of your refuelling. This normally takes a few minutes. If it takes longer, you can always contact your bank so they can release the amount. We do not reserve this amount and cannot release it.
