New guidelines for filling heating oil tanks in the customer’s absence
In the Flemish Region, the rules around filling private heating oil tanks in the absence of the customer have been tightened. Although this service already existed, the conditions are now more explicit.
What do the new rules entail?
With the agreement below, you give us explicit permission to fill your tank without having to be present, both for one-off and automatic deliveries. Thanks to these clearly defined agreements, you know exactly what to expect.
If you are not at home
If you are not at home at the time of delivery and have given permission for the delivery, our drivers always work according to strict safety guidelines:
Our drivers always stay at the filling mouth to avoid potential risks.
Incidents are reported immediately and we take the necessary measures immediately.
Upon completion of the delivery, we make sure that everything is left tidy.
