If you are not at home

If you are not at home at the time of delivery and have given permission for the delivery, our drivers always work according to strict safety guidelines:

Our drivers always stay by the filling pump to avoid any possible risks.
Incidents are reported immediately and we take the necessary measures immediately.
After the delivery is completed, we make sure that everything is left behind neatly.

Simple and transparent cooperation

The new guidelines ensure more transparency, both for you and for us. All agreements are laid down in a clear agreement, of which you and we both receive a copy.

Indien je niet thuis bent

Indien je niet thuis bent bij levering en toestemming hebt gegeven voor de levering, werken onze chauffeurs steeds volgens strikte veiligheidsrichtlijnen:

• Onze chauffeurs blijven altijd bij de vulpomp om mogelijke risico’s te vermijden.

• Incidenten worden onmiddellijk gemeld en we nemen direct de benodigde maatregelen.
• Na afloop van de levering zorgen we ervoor dat alles netjes achtergelaten wordt.
